First we strike an iron blank with a steel die. Next, soft enamel colors are hand-filled into the recessed areas according to your design. Then we fire the pins to cure and harden the enamels. An optional protective coating can be added to the face of your pins. This will protect the pin and enhance the colors. This coating can be thin or thick depending on your preference.
