Precision Etching is our process for designs that are complex with very thin lines. These are a lighter weight pin and a popular choice for Trading Pins.

Color matching is available but you can use this process to make pins without color as well. Instead of machining a die, we use film and acid etching to transfer your design to the surface of your pins. Colors are added by hand before the pin is kiln fired hardening the enamels. We also offer an optional protective coating that really makes your colors pop!

For a pin with fine details and light shipping weight, Precision Etching is the way to go!
